Responsibilities
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, assist in cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately to the shift lead.
- Order Processing: Execute pick, pack, and ship procedures for high-volume e-commerce orders during the night shift.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, dollies).
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policies to prevent accidents.
- Reporting: Complete end-of-shift reports and communicate critical issues to management.
- Team Collaboration: Support the night team to ensure smooth transitions and goal achievement.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Schedule: Must be available to work 2nd shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) for the full summer duration.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality, attendance, and strong work ethic.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry software.
- Motivation: Eagerness to learn about supply chain operations and process improvement.
