Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment processing and receiving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform basic data entry, scanning, and reporting tasks using our logistics software.
- Support customer service inquiries regarding order status and shipments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Summer/Fall term).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
