Responsibilities
- Monitor Night Operations: Oversee daily logistics workflows during night shifts to ensure timely processing and accurate data entry.
- Customer Communication: Handle incoming inquiries from internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
- Data Analysis: Assist in compiling and analyzing operational data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the night shift process and propose practical solutions to the shift supervisor.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, logs, and inventory movements using our ERP systems.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
