Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the night shift team with loading, unloading, and staging inventory to ensure timely distribution.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies, documenting any issues immediately.
- Reporting: Generate daily operational reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or Associate/Bachelor’s degree program (Summer/Fall start date required).
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with data entry.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
