As an intern, you will work directly with our operations team during our critical night shift hours, ensuring seamless logistics and inventory accuracy. This is a unique chance to work the night shift while building a resume that stands out in the competitive job market.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring and recording of inventory levels and stock movements during night operations.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure all night shift operational goals are met efficiently and safely.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital records of warehouse activities.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (Summer/Fall start required).
- Available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
