Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification tasks with 99% accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and operational metrics during off-peak hours.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of end-of-shift reports to the leadership team.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on incoming data streams and inventory.
- Utilize internal CRM and database software to update and maintain client records.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with strict safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic understanding of data analytics or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be available for the full summer duration (May - August).
