Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team with data processing and entry.
- Monitor systems and logs to ensure 100% uptime and accuracy.
- Generate daily and weekly performance reports for management review.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift staff to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety protocols.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
