Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage daily operational workflows during assigned night shifts.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records with high attention to detail.
- Assist the night team with inventory tracking and physical stock verification.
- Conduct routine quality checks on outgoing shipments and reports.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors during transition periods.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone during evening hours.
- Identify and report any system glitches or operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a quiet environment.
- Basic understanding of data entry or logistics is a plus.
