Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries and support tickets during night hours.
- Assist in data entry and processing of daily operational logs.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed tasks and reports.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
- Support inventory management and warehouse organization tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City facility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
