Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean, inviting environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Support the management team with data entry, report compilation, and special projects.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to execute weekend promotions and displays.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to the Fresno location.
