As a Summer Intern, you will work closely with our management team to support daily operations, assist with customer service, and gain insights into the fast-paced world of retail.
Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow interns and staff on daily tasks and special promotional events.
- Merchandising: Help implement visual merchandising displays to attract customers and drive sales.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the store manager with data entry, filing, and other general office duties.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and running weekend sales events and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (graduating class of 2024 or 2025 preferred).
- Attitude: A high-energy, friendly, and outgoing personality is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using computers and basic office software.
