This is a perfect opportunity for university students to balance their studies with a rewarding part-time role. You will work primarily on weekends, contributing to our operations while enjoying the flexibility of a 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to customers visiting our Sacramento location, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a smile.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and ensuring our shelves are always organized and visually appealing.
- Store Operations: Support the weekend management team with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer feedback using our internal software systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or associate/bachelor’s degree program.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently throughout the summer.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
