Coastal Retail Group is seeking a motivated and energetic Summer Intern to join our Weekend Operations team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Weekend Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring our weekend shifts run smoothly, assisting store management, and providing top-tier service to our local community. What You Will Do:
- Assist the Store Manager in supervising weekend floor operations and staff.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and inventory counts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Train new part-time staff on weekend procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekend sales goals and promotional targets.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
