Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store operations and ensure a seamless customer experience during peak weekend hours.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and loss prevention.
- Engage with customers to identify needs, provide product recommendations, and drive sales targets.
- Collaborate with the shift team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports with accuracy.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Freshman to Senior status).
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Passion for customer service and a desire to learn the retail industry.
