Responsibilities
- Assist with customer service, product demonstrations, and sales support during peak weekend hours
- Support inventory management processes including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Coordinate with store teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal events
- Maintain accurate sales transaction records and assist with POS operations
- Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and improvement ideas
- Support loss prevention protocols and store safety standards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (any major) with sophomore standing or higher
- Availability to work 2-3 weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) totaling 16-24 hours weekly
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Interest in retail, business operations, or consumer behavior
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
