Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily logistics, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Support data entry and the maintenance of accurate records for ongoing projects.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to help the team identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend goals are met efficiently.
- Monitor and update internal databases and client information systems.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes quickly.
