Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the team with daily tasks, inventory management, and customer service during peak weekend hours.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain digital records and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
- Customer Interaction: Greet clients, answer inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with staff to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare brief weekly reports on completed tasks and operational status.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a high school, college, or university program.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
