Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and screening of high-potential candidates for technical roles.
- Conduct market research and compile data on industry trends in the DC/NC area.
- Support daily operations, including data entry and reporting analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job posting visibility.
- Participate in client meetings and provide administrative support.
- Maintain accurate records of intern activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (Summer/Fall 2024 intake).
- Strong understanding of basic computer operations and MS Office Suite.
