Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analyze web traffic data to support our SEO strategies.
- Assist the technical recruiting team with candidate sourcing and initial screening.
- Update job listings and maintain our internal applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Prepare interview materials and candidate briefs for hiring managers.
- Perform market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and search engine mechanics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during summer hours.
