Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Optimization: Assist the marketing team in optimizing job board listings and internal content to improve search rankings for key technical roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search strings and ATS databases to identify top-tier candidates for summer and fall positions.
- Market Research: Analyze recruitment trends in the Pennsylvania and New York tech markets to refine candidate personas.
- Interview Coordination: Support the recruiting team by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate packets.
- Copywriting: Draft compelling job descriptions and outreach emails that drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in SEO, content marketing, and technical recruiting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week during the Summer/Fall session.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
