Responsibilities
- Assist with daily logistics operations, inventory tracking, and data entry.
- Support warehouse staff in loading, unloading, and organizing shipments.
- Conduct research to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties including filing, scheduling, and answering phones.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
