Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end execution of daily operational workflows during night shifts.
- Perform data entry, verification, and maintenance of critical databases.

- Collaborate with the night shift team to identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all assigned tasks and reports.
- Document operational logs and prepare weekly progress summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university (must be eligible to earn credit).
- Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week, including nights and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago, Texas facility.
- Ability to work independently in a low-light, high-focus environment.
