Responsibilities
- Assist in nightly inventory control and data management
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Maintain safety compliance and cleanliness standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Document operational metrics and performance data
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program
- Ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
