Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels during the night shift to ensure accuracy.
- Perform accurate data entry and digital record-keeping for daily shipments.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing cargo.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Assist in resolving operational discrepancies with minimal supervision.
- Generate and submit daily operational reports to the morning management team.
- Assist in training new temporary staff on safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or college/university program (minimum 2nd year preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data processing.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid photo ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
