As an Intern in our Night Operations department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics network. You will work closely with senior analysts to monitor data, resolve operational issues, and support our 24/7 customer service goals. Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze night shift operational metrics and performance reports.
- Assist in the processing and verification of incoming inventory and orders.
- Provide critical support to the night shift team, troubleshooting basic system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless workflow during off-hours.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry records for compliance.
- Participate in weekly intern shadowing sessions with department leads.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes is a plus.
