Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data during night shift hours to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the coordination of daily logistics and support tasks for the evening team.
- Perform data entry and documentation tasks with a high degree of precision.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Attend weekly intern shadowing sessions and training workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (rising Junior/Senior preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
