Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily operational data logs to identify trends and anomalies.
- Assist in processing customer inquiries and ticket requests during off-peak hours.
- Update and maintain digital records and databases with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handover of operational status.
- Generate weekly performance reports and assist in preparing presentation materials.
- Support inventory management tasks and coordinate with warehouse staff.
- Conduct market research to assist in identifying potential client opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school, associate, or bachelor's degree program.
- Must be available to work 3-4 shifts per week during evening hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago location.
