Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize nightly warehouse operations using WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
- Assist in inventory management and cycle count processes
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for night shift workflows
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
- Participate in continuous improvement Kaizen events
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Available for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible start dates (June-October)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
