Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory systems and coordinate overnight shipments using WMS software
- Support warehouse automation systems and troubleshoot operational discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-time logistics optimization
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Assist in implementing process improvements for night shift operations
- Participate in safety compliance audits and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and carriers regarding urgent overnight shipments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field)
- Availability for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) during summer/fall semester
- Basic proficiency with inventory management or logistics software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
