Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze system performance data during overnight shifts.
- Assist in the collection and entry of operational data into our CRM and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of office equipment and software.
- Conduct routine quality checks on inventory and shipment records.
- Support special projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Information Technology.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa office.
