Responsibilities
- Assist in processing customer orders and inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate records in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and report on daily metrics.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare necessary summary reports for management review.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while strictly adhering to company policies.
- Support the Quality Assurance team by identifying process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate degree program (College Credit eligible).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet office environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
