Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily operational workflows during evening hours.
- Assist in data entry, inventory management, and record-keeping accuracy.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming data and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare daily logs and shift reports for management review.
- Support special projects and process improvements initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program (Sophomore, Junior, or Senior status preferred).
- Availability to work a consistent night shift schedule (e.g., 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain and provide proof of college credit enrollment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
