What You'll Do:
- Assist the night operations team with data entry, ticket resolution, and system monitoring.
- Communicate effectively with team members via instant messaging and email during evening hours.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and shift logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and report them to the shift supervisor.
- Support the onboarding and training of new junior staff members.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (minimum 2nd year preferred).
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a low-light/night environment.
