Responsibilities
- Execute Data Entry: Accurately input and verify high-volume data sets during night operations.
- Monitor Systems: Watch over network alerts and system performance to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Customer Support: Assist evening clients via phone and email with inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Shift Reporting: Compile and submit end-of-shift reports summarizing daily activities and issues.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking stock levels and verifying shipments during off-hours.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Graduating Class 2025+).
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and email platforms.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to commute to Sacramento.
