Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and data entry during night shift hours.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all assigned tasks and reports.
- Assist the night supervisor in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and information transfer.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions and skill-building workshops.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance night shift efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be able to provide proof of enrollment/college credit).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tucson facility.
