Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in the organization, counting, and recording of weekly inventory stock to ensure accuracy.
- Order Processing: Support the preparation and packaging of customer orders during high-volume weekend periods.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain digital records, logs, and databases with a high degree of precision.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding order status and product information.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse or office workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with full-time staff to coordinate tasks and ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or college/university program.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
