Responsibilities
- Assist the team with data entry, filing, and record management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients during weekend operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email promptly.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the weekend supervisor.
- Support other departments as needed to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (freshmen, sophomores, or juniors).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
