Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate digital records and databases with high attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional support to clients via email, phone, and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in preparing weekly performance reports and analyzing market trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local North Carolina and Virginia campaigns.
- Participate in daily team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training workshops.
- Help organize and maintain the physical and digital office environment.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation for local commuting within the Hampton Roads area.
- Eager to learn and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
