Responsibilities
- Monitor Operations: Oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities during the night shift to ensure seamless operations.
- Data Management: Assist in the accurate entry and maintenance of inventory records and operational logs.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products and packaging to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift handover team to report any issues or discrepancies.
- Clerical Support: Handle administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing physical documents.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
