Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing and organization of incoming inventory and data entry.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and office areas during night hours.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and documentation.
- Support the logistics team in tracking shipments and resolving minor discrepancies.
- Attend weekly intern meetings and training sessions to develop professional skills.
- Document operational workflows and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid student ID for credit verification.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
