Apex Operations Solutions is currently seeking a Summer Night Shift Intern to join our growing team. While we are based in Pennsylvania, we offer a unique opportunity for students in the Virginia Beach area to join our remote night operations team.

Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Assist in managing and responding to incoming inquiries via email, chat, and phone during evening hours.
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer records and internal databases.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Reporting: Compile nightly reports and analyze data trends to assist the management team.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Remote Capable: A stable high-speed internet connection if working from a remote location in Virginia Beach or PA.
