Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily operational workflows during evening hours to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist the team in data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate digital databases.
- Respond to customer inquiries and internal tickets with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on assigned projects and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Shadow senior staff members to learn industry best practices and technical skills.
- Complete assigned training modules and contribute to weekly team debriefings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students from all majors welcome).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
