Responsibilities
- Assist the Night Shift team with daily operational tasks and data entry.
- Monitor system logs and reports to identify trends or anomalies.
- Provide customer support and resolve inquiries via phone or chat during off-peak hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and logs.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
