Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night operations.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software updates and patches.
- Document technical tickets, incidents, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure 24/7 uptime for critical services.
- Conduct routine health checks on servers and network hardware.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP) is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
