As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and customer support, working directly with our senior leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a resume while enjoying the flexibility of evening hours during your summer break.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communication streams during night shift hours.
- Assist in data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting for evening operations.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients during peak night-time periods.
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify process improvements for the night shift workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Complete assigned training modules and shadow senior staff members.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (any major).
- Availability to work Night Shift schedules (e.g., 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa office.
