Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate receiving, processing, and staging of inbound shipments during night shifts.
- Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to update inventory records and track stock movement.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to identify workflow improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Handle documentation and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong availability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) 3-4 days per week during the summer months.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
