Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies during night operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate documentation of shipping/receiving records
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Support safety compliance protocols during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 2-4 year college program (business, logistics, or operations preferred)
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for internship
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations or supply chain concepts
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
