Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms and job boards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support our SEO and recruitment strategies.
- Manage social media channels to promote open positions and company culture.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email and LinkedIn.
- Organize and update candidate databases within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the recruitment team at on-campus events and virtual career fairs.
- Assist with basic reporting and analytics on intern engagement metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during summer hours.
- Eager to learn and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
