Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test new software features and applications.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing codebases to improve system performance.
- Contribute to technical documentation and code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings to align with the engineering team.
- Research emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to team challenges.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ preferred).
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work in Omaha, NE.
