Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Develop design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user data and iterate on design solutions
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback
- Document design processes and maintain project portfolios
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Available 20-40 hours/week for summer/fall start
- Authorized to work in the United States
